Can you clarify what you mean by a rebuild? New valves/buckets etc, valve and seats cut to match etc or just stripped and checked and reassembled with new stem seals? Bottom end wasn't rebuilt I take it? Would you sell it as a bare engine? Don't need any ancillaries...

Hi Pete, will have to dig out the receipt. Quite possibly just that, I know it was given the lightest possible skim to ensure it was flat and I used a Rich_W headgasket and new bolts. And no bottom end was not rebuilt. I could do, obviously would prefer to sell it all together but if nobody else fancies the lot then I will split.

Hi mate, £35 will dig it out tomorrow and stick one up. Whereabouts in Wiltshire are you? May be easier to pick up.

How much collected for just the bare vts engine? I literally need the head and block. You can keep all the ancillaries/coil pack/inlet/alternator/flywheel etc...
Thanks
