Just behind the front wheels where people like to stick a jack and crack the underseal. The rest of the underside is very good by Rallye standards, just a couple of light surface rust.

I'll try to get some pictures.

Hi Andy, got your PM, although I'd really like to take it off your hands I just can't afford another car right now. As for an estimate to sort the corrosion I'll hold off until you can bung up some pictures so I can see the extent of the work required if that's ok?

Pictures!

A rather rubbish picture showing that the backend has been undersealed - taken between the spare wheel and the exhaust heat shield.

Majority of the underside looks like this. You can just see the surface rust on the inner box section, both sides are like this, a bit of sanding would bring those back to rights.

This bit on both sides needs some welding. You can see where the under seal has come away that it is not good there!

I cannot believe this but this car is now back up for sale. My contract was cancelled at work last friday but have been offered something else within the company but lose my company car and fuel card so I now again need something for my 350mile work commute and a track day/ road car derivative is not ideal.

The car has done 300 miles to the black mountains and back and a 60 mile round trip to show someone the car. It is exactly as per the advert without the steelies and i have switched the evo sparco seat over to the drivers seat and the sparco rev back to passenger side.

The car is the fastest non turboed or supercharged 306 i have been in and handles brilliantly and is a compliment to Braymonds documented build.

I may break if enough interest but it would be a sin. But roland rat says sod it break it!!!

I am looking for offers in the region of 3150. will do the car at 3k less stereo if it helps.

drives superb and draws attention everywhere it goes. Will be at the retro show this weekend at Shelsey Walsh hill climb.

I am out of the country from Tuesday for 2-4 weeks but the car can be seen in north wales near Prestatyn by appointment with my brother in law.

I have only got the green slip currently but log book is due any day now.
I will do a fresh advert after my leaving my current role party at work tonight and will be listing on pistonheads and ebay later. pm me if interested in car or particular bits.

    WTF???

That's probably LESS time in ownership than it took the last owner of my car to take it from hero to zero.

So HOW many days exactly have you owned it?? Judging by the dates of the messages above, its either 2 or 11?......
