So this is my turbo project started back in january 2014!

Spec so far

ENGINE

0.5mm rebore and rehoned, crank polished
Lynx garage Head gasket and bolts
ACL/KING Heavy duty/uprated main and big end bearings
Woessner low compression 8:1 pistons
Pec steel conrods
Peugeot genuine oil pump chain and latest revision key'd chain sprocket.
Brand new genuine water pump
Thermotec inlet manifold and rocker cover gaskets
All other gaskets/seals are all genuine peugeot

Gt3071R Turbo
Teflon braided oil feed, return and water lines.
Dp engineerings manifold and downpipe
KMS 4 bar map sensor
electronic boost solonoide

Rally design catch tank
Mocal 19 row oil cooler with thermostatic oil sandwitch plate.
Larger radiator
Large intercooler 600mm x 300mm

Baker bm engine mounts
Baker bm thermostat adaptor
205 top hose outlet

Bosch 044 fuel pump
Additional billet fine fuel filter
Underboot swirlpot
Stainless braided fuel lines
ANSU 800cc Injectors - Too big so far

RichW billet lighened flywheel
RichW billet crank pulley

Helix 4 paddle ceramic friction plate and uprated pressure plate.
Kazz Driveline 3J plate diff

BRAKES
Highspec 4 pot calipers and 330mm discs

SUSPENTION
Bilstein B12 suspention kit with eibech pro springs
Front struts rebuilt with everything new
Lemforder front wishbones
Lemforder lower balljoints, antiroll bar bushes and anti roll bar links
RichW roller wishbone bushes
Lemforder Topmounts

STEERING
Xsara 2.4 steering rack with new gaitors
lemforder trackrod ends
MOMO Steering wheel

OTHER
Custom strut bar
orginal front panel but it has been powder coated.
Safety devices roll cage with additional harness bar welded in
Alloy Boot battery box
In boot washer bottle
Corbeau Sprint grp/kevlar bucket seat
Rally design 6mm seat mounts with welded in bars

Ha ha I know! Not very clear indication but their is a safe gap for the nuts.

This is going to be interesting! But one thing I will say, 480bhp on an internal wastegate? I think you'll have to upgrade to external as it will struggle on internal. Good luck with it though !

I always wondered when I see these turbo build pictures, do they have a bracket from the engine/g box to support the turbo or does it just sit there on the manifold and downpipe?

if the inlet will allow it you'd probably be better off with two sets of smaller injectors.

I baught mine from atspeedracing and it never came with a fitting kit or the turbo support but if you buy from dpengineering the supply these. I never new this at the time i baught mine. At the moment its just sitting on the manifold but there will be a support.
