Its interesting but pretty much pointless. Other than for an off roader trying to see where what the lands like under you. But then which real off roader is going to be flashy enough to have this.

My point is no real real off roader going through boggy fields etc most range rover and land rover owner could be scared to mount kerb or cross a dry field let a lone a muddy boggy pot hole/ ditch ridden track

Apart from farmers that tend to have the basic models when you can only guess how much this added extra will cost.

New technology is very often prohibitvely expensive. At one time, only the extremely rich could afford cars and they were still rather impractical, and at the time plenty of people said they were expensive and pointless and not to bother with them.
