Just a question about brands ?

It was said to me that gates belts are the best,
but is there £100 price tag really make them better than a £70 continental belt ?

i've used gates, dayco, and some proper cheapo ones from motor factors and never had an issue when being sensible with intervals

keep your eye on ebay for genuine kits, they do pop up. i got a 136 kit (083148) for about £35 delivered (genuine, new). i then bought a waterpump from motor factors, infact it was a Circoli one from CarParts4Less

I would recommend Gates or Dayco personally. Yes
