Right I need two new front tyres so Im going to replace all 4 instead.

MY options are:

Continental Contact 5
Hankook K110
Maxxis MAZ3
Yoko AC01
Uniroyal Rainsport 3

Any recommendations as to which are best? All are around the £55/£60 mark per tyre so money wise they are pretty even.

Personally I'd go for the second hand PE2's that are on the forum

If you go to 50 profile Uniroyal Rainsport 3s are 35 quid each from Camskill right now.

Im assuming you are using clones by your pic? If so, get some Pilot sport 3s or Tallguys PE2s. Both epic tyres.

If you can't get PE2s, I am very happy with the Dunlop Sport Fast Response I've now got, and the Sport BluResponse is also very well reviewed. Mine are in 55 profile.

Cheers guys and yeh Niall Im on cyclones at the moment...

And retropug - I had already been looking on camskill.. There are some 55's for 39 quid but I notice they are lower speed and load ratings... (not that it matters as my car is standard so isnt getting over 125 anyway haha.

But I had heard that when you get the lower speed and load rating ones they tend to wear a lot quicker that standard.

Love my Toyo Proxes T1r's
Fantastic front end grip with not much understeer and lovely progressive oversteer in the wet. Fairly high wear rate though. Ive read about horror stories in the wet with these tyres but I can only assume they were worn and low on tread depth.
