Piece of sheet steel cut to size drill some holes and bolt on with instant gasket behind. Same way I'd make an EGR blanking plate. Sod £35. What's the benefit anyway? Slightly reduced engine turning effort but less servo assistance?

Well I won't be running a servo for a start, so I'd rather blank it off than end up with a bolt in the end of a pipe.

You can take vacuum for servo straight from the inlet, no real need for the vacuum pump to be honest
