I had a 2.25" cat back stainless system fitted by these guys on Saturday.
Top job and great service, highly recommended.
It's a tad boomy at the moment, but I'm expecting it to settle down over a week or two.

I'll post again with an update.
Will try to get a photo up also.

Sounds like a decent place. Same price if you get it delivered and fit it yourself? Would be good to see a photo!

tip top exhaust fabbed up my whole decat system for 150 in under an hour.

    top job

however my friend (complete nerd, unlike mental techno viking looking me) quite possibly got ripped by them, his rx7 decat system from the same bloke was 350 :S

another mention was i did have to ask them to remove the swarf from the inside of the pipe before they welded them up. probably why my mates rx7 sounded so raspy as he never asked them to do so.

A rough location/building, but the service and quality are top notch.
Not sure about the self-fit option... I don't think they offer it, as they measure your car and old system, they don;t have off the shelf systems...

Final post regarding the sound levels...

The system has now settled down. No booming whatsoever on the motorway, just a very pleasant 'mid-deep' burble on idle, to classic 4 cylinger rasp as you let it fly. Lovely!

I tried to get a photo up, but couldn't get it small enough - will try to do it via a link.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cool. Pm me if u want to meet up.
The bigger bore system will be noisier at cruising speeds, I gather...

    I was,
But it drones like a f**king b**ch when it warm, I think its got louder again really.

It a really weird exhaust, Sometimes you can drive it and its just right (If you dont touch anything after 3.5k its fine for a whole journey. If you blat it for a short 3 mins or so then the rest of your journey its loud as hell.)
Ultimately i think i want the quietest possible 2.5 bore exhaust now.
I might go back to edwards and speak to him about bigger boxes but to be honest i think he just doesnt "do" quiet.
My guess is doing pretty much exclusively race cars means to him me car IS quiet as it is.

BUt its the drone between 3k and 4k thats the killer

Is yours charged? Just wondering why you need such a large diameter?
