Hopefully at some point tomorrow got about 5 hours car pottering time LOL:

Quick question: if I disconect the battery first then the seat airbag leads would I this stop the airbag light coming on when I put back in?

Pretty shure I did nt even bother disconnecting when I had the rallye and nothing ever came up

Right did nt get much done today (more tommorw)

This mother f**ker was the thorn in my side for 2 hours. So had the back and front jacked used a 2 tonne on the rear and this piece of sht on the front.Yes in hindsight should of used the trolly on the front but because of lows it wouldn't fit, well lesson learn.never again.

track tyre's vs road tyre's

Oh found that the last person removed my spare and painted the boot floor, looks to be a good job and done most of the underside of the car,so another thing which I don't need to do Smile

Today things we needed to do was:test the track tyres, fit the cooler and do the rallye blanks

As see by the photos done a super awesome bodge fitting my cooler then relised the cooler was the wrong size for the pipes.FAIL,still only got 2 sessions at combe so should be ok I do have the fans wired to the aircon button so can have them going to cool it.

Then fitted the 1.2 's.well looking at the tryes they where mad in 2007 but no sign of perishing so see how they hold up.

Also they have to have tapered bolts got a good 6 turns on the wheels and torqued up fine?driving them was abit odd though they scrubbed on the front so headed back the gargae to raise the front up.which actually looks better now as the cars not nose heavy now.

So been a long time since a update

Well done a few days a combe loving driving it and not repairing it Smile
Things I've got this year are yellow stuff pads all round and speedline 2118 with nankang ns2r medium compound.

After we did the mot,we found out the nearside coilovers is pretty f**ked so got myself some spax rsx so be fitting them before combe on the 26th.

Speedlines are 15x7 and direct fit so guessing et 15 or 17??

Rear are getting close to the arch linner so I think the beam may have a bit of camber in it.

So first engine was buggered before I got it,then second engine was sold to me by Somone who used to be on here, decribed as good condition.Turned out it was worst that the broken one.

The one in atm is from ryan on here and has run spot on for the last year, hoping to get through this spring/summer with no engine problems then I'm going to get it rebuilt in the winter.
