I'm looking to plumb in an oil catch tank and the car is away getting some work done at the moment.

Is anyone able to measure the OD of the oil breather outlet on the cam cover, and the OD of the barb on the inlet? It's just so I know what ID hose I need to plumb one in.

I'm veering towards AN-10 as Im guessing -8 is going to be too small.

Thanks in advance !!!

From memory, when I did away with the standard breather system and vented the cam cover to atmosphere, I believe I bought 1/2 inch ID hose and ran a metre of it from the cam cover to the bottom of the subframe which is where it still is today.

AN-8 has an ID of 1/2" so I'll go with that - saves me a few quid over AN-10 !!

I say from memory, I did it in early 2008 so you may want to wait for somebody who has played with it recently to confirm. Laugh
