My old gti used to throw them out. Not a single pop or flame from my Rallye. Any tips for raspy exhaust note?

She utilises a 2.5" mandrel bent stainless system from manifold back.. with one silencer and a VXR tip

tailpipes do make a difference to sound too

For raspyness I'd go for a 2.25 system decated with small middle silencer.
