This is a really cool project!

Did the lip to the front come with the kit as well? Where did you buy the kit?

Carl that looks so cool and so looking forward to further progress. I want it finished by the time I get back from Bastion fella in June so get cracking dear boy lol! Can't wait to get my 6 back on the road in June/July time, miss the noise and fun factor it gives me every time I drive it.

the marriage of the 2 halves started over the weekend and they are now both tacked together, just measuring to make sure we are all square then fully weld it up!

oh and some wheels turn up today, so had to stick the tyre on and try it for size! just need to find 2 more front ones!

Cool project! Probably a stupid question, are you sticking with 5 stud at the back and 4 stud at the front?

hoping to convert the front to 5 stud as spacers will be needed anyway, depends if I can find anymore compomotive wheels and what studs they have! As compomotive is having troubles its hard to find any.

Looks tidy Carl, will you flat the welds back or Seam seal over them or something?

Bit off topic but what diameter and width discs are on your touring car?

Thanks all.

progress will slow up now as the racing season starts soon so that will take up all the spare time,

as for handling it should be better than the Clio is as this will be quite a bit wider and longer than the Clio! wont be any worse than the clio?

Yeah that's a good point. Is that running the Clio front end yet?

no front end is staying 306, had the clio springs tested to find out there rate and will fit coil overs on the front of the 306 that will be the same rate.
