So my interior fan went off on the ride home last night so i thought i would check the fuse today, swapped the fuse for a replacement.

Now when i start the car the fan comes on full speed then blows the new fuse, have tried it twice just in case it was a one off but allas not, any ideas what the problem could be, shorting out? or a problem with my fan?

Also since it went very cold this morning my rear heated window does not work and neither does my interior air recirculation button
