Hi guys Is this 3.5bar FPR any good ? with the inlet/outlet Piper 270 cams, full exhaust system and K&N 57i I need to raise to 3.5 Bar to aid the fuelling. I've never heard anyone raising with that little modification, people running S/C uprate them but they are going up big figures. just buy a 4 bar bosch one mate not a lot more money pick them up for around £45 they are factory fit on a golf vr6 if you pass a scrappy someone correct me if I'm wrong.  ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

I don't think you'll need one. on my old rallye I had the same mods on standard fuel reg and a remap ________________________________________ white rallyecherry dead rallye s16 |

Colin from Pug Performance said to aid the fuelling would be a best bet to upgrade it. more air more fuel required lolI am running 194.6 at the fly, the last RR showed 192.2 at the fly so I think it would be beneficial unless you guys think im completely wrong ? but I do see a method in the madness so to speak even with the few little mods I have, as it does tend to sort of hesitate towards to the top end like how a turbo does when it loses and then regaines boost pressure if that makes sense. Had everything checked out and the engine runs like a kitten From the above suggestion I think a 4 bar will do and its a straight swap mod and defo wouldn't have any fuelling problems or lack of  ________________________________________ "Gotta Love The 6"According to my wife i think the 6 is the fastest car in the world, perhaps she is right LoL ! |

If you think that it will help bung it in, but 3 bar is more than enough for that setup. If you do upgrade, don't get a cheap one, get a Bosch, they are much more stable on pressure over time unlike the cheap ones which go all over the shop over time and throw the fuelling________________________________________ 205 GTi Red - G939 RTU - Died!306 GTi 6 Diablo - Being resurrected!
