very sorry to see this, whats your plans for the engine?

I don't know to be fair, not really thought about it. Once it's been through the channels I will deal with it all, I will buy it back and go from there, the car is worth quite a bit in parts should it come to that.

Yup that was the one on egay very tidy car, Ferrari front brakes which use the same pads as 406 brembos (basically the same calliper anyway) very tidy car when I saw the adverts for it what a shame! Did you at least get the chance to give it some s**t before this happened? I did contemplate buying that car a while back but thought if the bottom end lets go then parts will be a nightmare.

I'm pretty sure your engine has a T28 compressor wheel/housing, i know that the the std T16 turbo has to run silly boost pressure to see anything above 240 bhp, anyway, i was hoping you could show me the numbers off the turbo...

    Didn't this used to have a Jenvey'd EW10 engine?

I will be heading away from 6 ownership for a while. And dieseling for work!

If and when I return it will be for a modified beasty like a charged one.

Holly s**t mate, i thought you were in one of the many 306 you have kicking around at your place, didn't knew you had bought this beauty... Most important is that nothing major happened to you. When i read your comment yesterday i was worried it might have been the Rallye, instead it was a one off T16 GTI6. You just have too much nice cars mate Wink
