How could Peugeot build a so great car with so bad seat position. The driving position is so bad, you sit way to high.
In my 4 door car l have a Sparco bucket seat with custom built frame, but that did not fit my new GTI6.

Any good tips for good seats that sits lower?

Can you see over te steering wheel now? Lol that looks looooow.

I'm on base mounted Corbeau forza sport 2000's with OMP bolt in frames but I have a slider on the drivers side as I have stupidly long arms and legs (hence the name Armz lol) the slider makes it nearly an inch higher and its quite annoying really.

I quite like the standard seats from
A phase 1 or early phase 2 with high bolsters if the seat is set to low and as far back as poss. However others may find this awkward as once you get the seat far enough back to get enough leg room the steering wheel is 6 miles away.... Unless you got my arms that is then all is ok lol

Its annoying that the 306 never had reach adjustable steering. Ive got my RX8 seats in a nice position but ive got stupidly long legs so i have to have the seat right back to be comfortable but then im too far away from the wheel lol.
I do need to lower my drivers seat slightly as if i let my hair grow any longer than an inch, it rubs on the headlining which gets annoying lol.
Oh the joys of being 6ft5 Sad

The driving position on these pugs is great especially compared to most hot hatches, it must be your body and arms etc being the problem. I'll be getting an 85mm dish steering wheel for my 205 in time, just to have it that bit closer where the seat cant be due to lanky legs lol.

Just a shame these pugs have the horn on the stalks, harder to reach for a quick bleep when its needed.

The manufacturers have to decide what's the best for all, so all in all I think they got it right for most, you don't hear many people complaining about it compared to say the type R.

The horn on the stalk is my favourite thing!
Makes it so easy on the motor way, if you think someones about to be a twta you can line your finger up on the button while still having proper control

I never found it a problem. I drove all the way to the south of Spain in one and it was as comfortable as anything else I've driven (except a SaaCool. I guess it suits different body shapes more than others.

I meant with the dishy extended steering wheel, standard wheel is fine to reach the horn.
