How much is it possible to squize out of a rs engine with standard bottom end, and standard inlet?

very little really mate. They are very well setup from factory. What sort of power were you after?

Looking for about 190hp. My bike bodied 2.0 s16 got 170 @ the wheels and about 200@ the crank l guess. And that is with std bottom end,and some mild regrounded cams. But the block is shimmed for 11-1comp, and a DTA ecu.

l would love to try tune it with the std. inlet manifold, but l may put on the bike throttles.

are you keeping standard pistons/rods? if so not a lot.
mild cams
ported throttle bodie
4.2.1 manifold and full system
head work
remap

Pt81's, k&n filter, good flow exhaust and a decent map from someone who knows what they are doing should see you at around 190bhp. Thumbs up
