Hi,I believe there is something missing from the kit or something else that needs to be purchased? I've hunted everywhere and can't find any installation pics There is a 6mm gap on the left side of the brackets, and the holes are to big for the bolts  I'm also having trouble turning the low pressure pipe round, I've had a bar and heat on it but it won't budge Pics and advice would be great |

From my project threadNext the bushes required on a Rallye sump to relocate the power steering pump.  2 x part number 06453AR (alloy) £1.15 each + vat 2 x part number 06453CJ (steel) £1.51 each + vat  ________________________________________ Get used to seeing the yellow one !!!Team 330™ Team "no front end or engine" Team "LIMITED EDITION" I live for the 306 sticker Team 0-60 in 6.44 & standing qtr in 14.808 @ 94.55mph all with std engine 203bhp Corolla T-Sport daily driver stealthier than Kwai Chang Caine |

Pump in a vice, long piece of pipe for leverage & heat gun on the body of the pump & hey presto it starts to move. Before applying heat the elbow was trying to collapse... This is being fitted to a rallye with throttle bodies so how would I tension this up now?Also does anybody know what size belt is used for this setup? Thanks for your help |

Be aware Nick that when trying to fit the auto-tensioner to a Rallye sump, the threads will have most likely got corroded and will try and snap the bolts as you put them in.Run some decent lube and a tap through them first.  ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone  |

The correct belt size for a 6 with PAS moved to the bottom is (PK6 1130) & remove top idler Just fitted mine !!!! Also with a 6 PAS top to bottom move you end up with a dirty great bracket in the way ..above alternator ..so either change to Rallye top mount or cut it down !!! Pic below Removed to save some unneeded weight & hopefully going Throttle Bodies / Cams & Omex soon ...so need the room  Day666 has attached the following image: |

Just the original one (zx 16v) so probably the same as the S16, less assistance with the bigger wheel and steering feels awesome on the stock 2.4 turn rack.Not tried the gti6 pump, does it fit? by the looks of it the pulley would swap over if you needed a replacement pump without increasing the assistance. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Looks amazing guys !!!!Miles had a top engine bracket off a ZX mk1 I thought he said ....plus bottle screw adjusting his Alternator ? Gives you so much more room |

I'll look around for one but just cut 3lb of cast metal off stnd Top mount engine bracket ... Can get to Alternator easy now & under inlet manifold if need be ...
