What torque does everyone apply to front wishbone bush bolts?

Ive got motaquip front bushes and vibratechnics p bushes on at the moment and all are in good shape. I torqued the front bolts to what I thought was the correct torque of 90 Nm but ive been getting a bit of wandering at the front on bumpy roads and at motorway speeds and a little bit of pulling to the left when I accelerate etc.

Ive just been out and got a breaker bar on them and gave them a good nip up which has improved things a lot so im obviously barking up the right tree. But its not completely cured things.

When tightening I didnt really encounter a point where the bolt felt like it was completely home. Now do I have an installation issue where the p bushes may not be in the right place and im just pulling the wishbone through the rubber or shall I just keep going with the breaker bar? Is 90 Nm enough for those bolts and if I keep tightening is it possible for the bolt to snap? Whats your thoughts?

Did you nip them up when the car was in the air or on the ground?

I jacked up each side to nip. But did the initial torque ages ago when it was pretty much on the ground. Trouble is without a pit or drive on ramp its pretty hard to do?
