after a few phonecalls to numerous garages etc etc, the cheapest quote i got to plug in a comp to my abs n bleed it properly was 168 pounds.

so yeah to save myself the hassle, bulls**t n money im gonna get a pug diagnostics of some sort.

i asked before about diagnostics in generall and was suggested the pug planet diagnostics from ebay......

does this do the abs bleeding sequence nonsense??? or do i need somethign different for that???

cheers all

jim

and before ppl tell me otherwise, i let the abs run empty and it defo needs bleeding.

It does a drip every 10 seconds with the ABS bleed in PP2k. Takes a bloody long time.

Just do a pressure bleed same as everyone else. Then do it again a short time later

Yeah as others have said, you can just bleed it with a pressure bleeder. But yeah if you still want it, PP does do bleeding.

thanks for the advice. ill see if i can get my hands on a pressure bleeder kit for free.

do i just connect, pressurize and open my nipples and im away?

what psi should i take the pressure to?

and is their a specific wheel to begin on first asto get most the air out the abs system. or standard further to closest from master cylinder?

Pressure bleeding is fine but I don't think it will clear air that's locked in the ABS unit.

Most pressure bleeders advise no more than 20 psi in the tyre when doing it. Yes
