Hi guys,

Have my car booked in for mot on Friday morning, and my drivers side rear caliper, the bleed nipple has snapped. I had a spare and that snapped too Sad

Not had much luck getting them out so need a caliper with working bleed nipple tomorrow. Long shot I know but does anyone have one in the corby area?

Can travel to you in the evening to collect.

Thanks

May have something for you, may be easier to bring the car over and I could do the mot at the same time?

The car isn't mobile mate. Fitted all new brake lines as got rid of abs, so need to bleed it all up but can't with a broken caliper. If you have one mate, can I come and collect it tomorrow?

Tried ringing you earlier but it just rang and rang, then said number not recognised? Have you broken it again? Laugh

If you're stuck, you can actually loosen the brake pipe going into the rear caliper & bleed it that wayDunno

Cool

Iirc the gti6 has a slightly larger piston, but I'm running Bosch ones off a late saxo and they work fine!Big grin
