These bad boys keep undoing themselves slightly, and I keep needing to get back under there and nip them back up.

The cup that they go into in slightly distorted, and as I have roller bearing wishbones, I can't really tighten them up to the recommended torque rating of one white elbow.

Any suggestions? New subframe time? I'm thinking I might go this route

No reason why they cannot be torqued up properly at all.

As aboveThumbs up
Can't see what difference a new subframe will makeDunno
Get new bolts and the square nut that is sat in subframe, and if you want peace of mind put some thread lock on themThumbs up

Well I have a 2ft bar and they have previously been done up so tight that it has distorted the cup that the wishbone sits in, to the extent that I couldn't get the washers in for the solid mounts

Think new bolts and thread lock is what's needed.
