Yeah, well me and carl chambers will do it.

Few question do I need 1 or 2 slimline fans? Push or pull? How did you mount yours?
Can I use a normal manifold gasket? Any tricky bits I should be aware of?

Cheers mate Smile

If you haven't done it before pugfest then you can go over mine with a fine tooth comb lol.

Tricky bits are getting the sunk in rusted up bolts out of the ancillary bracket bolted to the block, getting the order right of pulleys brackets and charger, bleeding /priming the charger circuit, and depending how its been mounted previously fitting the intercooler to the slam panel.

Mine is low boost cooler so different but the fans are held on with a kit of sort of cable tie things you push through the rad and clip on the other side.

Will dig out a few pics of the front end Wink

Looks a bit different now lol any excuse for a picwhoring Love

I made a thread on it somewhere there's instructions online. You have to prime the traction fluid from the reservoir up to the charger inlet before you can start the car. Otherwise the charger runs dry and can get damaged.

The thread I had about it appears to have been deleted Sad. But use the installation manual on the Rotrex site above. I cracked off the input union then got a mate to blow into a tube we stuffed into the top of the reservoir. Once fluid started p**sing out the union I tightened it up again. Simples!

I deliberately left the belt off the charger still so I could turn it over by hand a good few times then. You could feel it gettin easier to turn as fluid went round. Then put the belt on and disconnected the injectors and cranked the engine over for a minute or so to circulate properly then started. Check for leaks and once it's been running for a while the traction fluid cooler should be just about warm.
