Dunno Elliot. Ive had both and as yet have not had a problem correcting. Its all dependent on how you react though. Gentle corrections make a big difference with rubbers but as said. Ive not yet had a problem. .. touch wood.

I'm not saying i ever had trouble, I'm just saying that it "should" be easier with solids as they are fixed and not trying to fight against you as much as the rubbers are at that point

I get what your saying.
With rubber ones, I find your not fighting them provided you entered right. Fresh ones are surprisingly forgiving. Maybe not to the extent of solids but by virtue of what they are, they wont be. I find the solids promote understeer when grip is exceeded whereas rubber mounts dont so much, which I personally prefer. But as I say. Horses for courses and all that. Neither are bad. Just different to each other.

End of the day it all comes down to how you prefer the car to react throughout a corner, I find you can turn in harder with rubber mounts but there is a lot more control with solids. As Aaron says its upto how you drive the car that the decision should be made!

Precisely, although for me personally I prefer the solids over the rubber mounts in all aspects of driving. Both track and road. I'm guessing from what others have said about the road noise being transmitted through into the cabin is greater with the solids to be true, although with my exhaust I've never noticed. LOL

Lol same here really Stan, authough now it's stripped out the exhaust is far less boomy in the car and much more road noise comes through. But I never had it stripped with rubber mounts so can't really compare it anyway.
