Few questions as I'm tempted by them now.

- Is it worth hanging on for a bit for the 08- Facelift versions?
- Is it then ^ when the Efficient Dynamics came into play? What difference did it make to this model and when? Also, what is it exactly?
- If costs are a little too much is the 325 just not the same? Obviously you get more for your money.
- Do they have a cambelt or significant service at 4-5 years like most cars? What are we talking here?

Quite a bit of difference between the 325 / 330 power wise, 215 as opposed to 268 I think? Sure I read the 330 is the same on fuel too?

Same engine different power output I think, guessing the 325 will feel a bit lethargic.

I have a diesel e90 @ 220bhp and it seems nippy enough, not sure it would feel the same in a petrol though so for that reason I would go for the 330!

Worth holding out for one with iDrive etc / Logic7 if you can find one!

As Mentioned BMW's Have timing chains in theory there supposed to last the lifetime of the car. its only ever the guides that need replaced.

guess your looking at the e46 ?

the 330 is 230 BHP

the 325 is 189 BHP

There was never much between my e39 523i any my mates e39 530i not sure if that was down to my 5 being manual and his being auto.

i loved my bmw just dont cheap out when it comes to replacing parts or it will bit you in the ass

Looking at 2007-2009.

Was hoping to keep it around £13k but I think for what I'm after it'll be 2-3k more.

LOL check the emissions are you may pay same tax on a 330 as you do on a 335 so then you basically have no excuse

That particular one, I like the 3 series and that one is nice but I think when you get into the realms of 330,335 and M3 the car should look a bit more special, that one is quite understated. But you know what you want in a car, we're all different.

Does the M Sport look any different to the SE?
