Picked this up today for free and embarking on a new project to turn it into a track car. Choice of vehicle was based on being the first car I had so thought f**k it why not try and make a fast track slag out of it.

Can I get a 6 engine in one of these?

Not really sure why that's relevant. Unsure

Regardless, I imagine that the Fiesta engine would go into a 306 shell fairly easily. Some mount modification and a new down pipe and you've got one hell of a track slag.

I was born with one in my hand and if it wasn't for Dave I'd advertise my services on here but he's got the gig on this. It's going to be easy to strip and loose weight from inside, think I have to look or blow at it.

Cool! Looking forward to seeing this one come to life. They are properly light little old cars these. Good luck battling the tin-worm though.
