Ref the plastic ball on the pivot,you realise they were never totally round?
They do look worn,but a close inspection of mine and it looks like there is no wear on it at allThumbs up
The plastic is harder than the bush in the rod,hence the wear in the bushWink

Are you sure? A friend of mine bought a new one from Peugeot and it is round. Ive bought a nylon ball online to try and fit on but its too much effort. Will just buy a entire new pivot arm.

Unless they have changed the design?Dunno

Orig deffo not round, as the flats on it are in places that do not contact the bearing, so can't wear that shapeThumbs up

Possibly! We all know what pug are like for their parts. Ive also just looked on SB and discovered they are now £37 with the two plastic bushes. Sod that.
