Been saying I was going to change back to standard lights from the angels since October last year and just got round to doing it a few days ago.

I love the original lights but the light output is not too clever by today's standards which is why I have been using the angel lamps during the winter months.

Gave it a good wash, polish and wax yesterday as the sun is back for a bit

Changed the 1.2's for my cyclones today as they have brand new PE2's on them and a damn sight faster to clean compared to the TD's!



12 years and counting with this one now and still enjoy the car, although I have been looking around at some DC5's the last few months

I prefer the standard lights too and may sell the angels on now.
12 years has been a love/hate thing really
All the usual bits and pieces have been replaced over the years through wear and tear and general maintainance.

Only one major thing and that was a garage many years ago snapped my cambelt while it was in for a belt change so had them sort it out but they never did it right and it tapped after that, so I took it to carl to sort the head and it has been fine ever since

Think the TD's look better than the black cyclones with the standard lights but I will keep them on and get some use out of the tyres for now and might grab another set of cyclones in silver at some point too

I like the colour coding of the strips and I know you don't approve Rikky although I still really like the look of a P1 with the front and rear rub strips and hats off to the guys that back to black half the car after every wash!

Hi Sam, yep wheels still going strong and going to be cleaning them up over the next few nights getting rid of the bits of brake dust build up and tar from roads over the winter.
They are not bad but I want them minty again
Hope the 406 is going well and still surprised you moved on from your lovely 6 mate
I just can't seem to let mine go!
