Is there an easy way to unlock a Gti6 ecu on a car thats engine is blown and won't start??? Have searched for answer, cant find it???

Yep, the engine doesn't need to be running. Just turning the ignition on is sufficient.

You might want to confirm it has unlocked in a car that runs though.

Nope, as above just turn to ignition and remove.
