Full rebuild + Skim 0.3, polish valves & ports and replace OEM cams with Catcams.Some pics from 2d ago.

I will try with the standard ECU, because I adapt all sensors and ICV too.Only will use bike MAP.

2 weeks ago I bought second engine 2.0 8V turbo but I will swap the second RS head to make 2.0 16V turbo.This engine will run with megasquirt.This management is very popular here in Bulgaria.

It is from the latest Saxo VTS(2002 i think).I know one guy using the same as mine in VW golf 4 w/o any troubles.

Weather is shiny and I restart work on the car Big grin . First removed PAS.



After that I decrease runners in order to put air filter.





Today I reverse TPS and car start workking very well
