Exactly what I was thinking. Either that or a cheap car dealer pre-sale touch-up where the arch has been resprayed without a galvanic primer. Can see a stain/blending line there too? Genuine wings are galvanised and the paint eventually starts coming away from the edge as the zinc galvanising gets used up, but I've not seen one bubble like that.
Nice looking car though, and it will come up nicely.
