Firstly, I've read the FAQ and all associated threads regarding Service box, but can't find the answer...

Why does the price not come up? I go to the basket and the item is there, but the price is starred out. I've tried going to "order parts" as well and thats the same??

Cheers,

Nick

When you go to the basket, there's an icon to click on a few along. Forget exactly now what it looks like but click a few random icons and you'll soon find it.

If the price is starred out its NLA or is a Citroen part number if you found it elsewhere and are logged onto Pug servicebopx.

Double click on the part number to put it in basket,
Then click on 'parts' tab at the top of page in right hand corner,
Then click on the third tab along,'work detail'

    Thumbs up

I always find it easiest to type the part number in the box on the left and it then comes up in the basket in the middle of the page with the price next to it. Thumbs up

I've tried all the above, but still not working?!?! I'm going into a diagram and double clicking an item, it then appears in the basket, but still starred out??

There is a generic login floating out there on here from another forum, useless post but if you find that login it may allow you to see what everybody else does.

I used to use Goliaths from the 205 drivers forum and that worked fine. I'll see if I can find it somewhere on my pc and give that a go.

    Cheers,

    Nick
