My 6 passenger side window won't stay straight going down or up after the window completely dropped the other day

My question is, is there a clip of some sorts I am missing to keep it in line?

Also there is a small hole in the window about 1cm in and 3 or 4 inches down, is this anything ?

there is a green bung that goes through that hole, with a metal clip clip that goes on the outside of the glass.

this holds it i place, cant remember how exactly as it was that long ago.

but its probably lying in the bottom of the door

I've put the green bit Ito the rubber man, just goes up wonkey donkey! Thought the hole might have something to do with it on the upper left corner?

The grey clip is what you want, could still be in the frame.

As above. It's a grey clip that guides it up and down the frame. Only a couple of quid from Peugeot.

As above. However for the window to come out of its grey clip in the first place there is probably an underlying cause. Take the window lining out and check inside for signs. Most common usually being general wear of the felt, exposing the rubber beneath and generating too much friction, or occasionally glass from a previous window smash.

If there is a problem with the lining and you fail to replace it, you will be plagued by constant problems regardless of how many times you replace the grey clips.
