Completely sheared at inlet of centre section. Sounds like my mate's cherry bmb exhaust!

Getting it welded for £50 so can drive without looking like a chav waiting to stopped!

Scorpion say they would normally fix it but I explained this is unrealiatic as I need it fixed now. The warranty guy is calling me back this afternoon. I hope my £50 will be refunded without too much bother.

Have others experienced this & any tips if they don't play ball?

Had mine welded a few times, also added skid plates/supports from box edge to pipe and still crackedRoll eyes

Is yours the old type with a proper centre box, or the newer cherry bomb type centre box?Thumbs up

I doubt they will pay you the £50, or I'd be surprised and personally not expect them to.

They offered to have it back for repair and you chose to have it done sooner at more expense.

They may say your existing warranty is now invalid.

With the exhaust now welded it sounds even better than when new! It has the thin tube centre silencer, I believe this is std on the Scorpion catbacks. Sounds quieter and smoother, not too loud over std, seemed to be the catback of choice when searched on here.
