So after a change of plans I'm going to break my pug. I'm going to be keeping bump strips, crystal headlights and interior. I do have the original interior to go back in.
I will sell complete for £650. She has just had a refurbished rear beam fitted with new callipers and discs and pads. Drop link, and p bushes. Beam lowered 40mm. She has 126k miles a massive folder of receipts including timing belt. She is mot till April.
If she doesn't go complete I'd like the engine to go first before I break the rest. No idea how much it's worth so ill say a price and I'm sure someone can guide me. £350 for engine and running gear?
Once that's gone rest will be available

(Assuming you sell engine first)

I could strip parts off and then I'd keep them if u didn't want them and then sell them on. It doesn't have tax no, it ran out October.
Would you take it without the rear beam?

Yeah no worries, they aren't the greatest if I'm honest and badly need a refurb. Tyres are really good tho, I will be using them whilst my other wheels are being refurbed I'd prolly look at £60 plus postage depending on how good tyres are at the point of sale

I have a mint GTI-6 interior in her at the moment. So I'd put the other GTI 6 interior back in. The passenger seat an rear bench is excellent but the drivers seat is a little worse for wear. Exhaust system is the standard system

Em just engine or do you need other stuff with it, I really hate being new to pug coz I have no clue on prices. What's the going rate for just an engine?

Just sell it complete, £650 is a fair price, you wont make much more than that for a few days faffing taking it apart, and weeks on end trying to shift the remains.

Ideally I would like the block and head, sump, with inlet manifold, exhaust manifold, cam covers, fuel rail. You can keep the power steering pump, aircon pump and alternator etc and sell separate?
