Fits to both, it's not on the car anymore so can't do a picture but can show you how it fitted, I had to make 2 little holes in the body and that's it, the glass holes are there from the original spoiler

Mines a phase 3 and I believe 2 and 3 are the same?

My bad I thought it was only phase 1/2 that had holes in the rear screen for the spoiler?!?!

It can just be bolted to the boot lid and silicone the 2 feet that normally attach to the glass!
That's how it was fitted on the Dimma iirc
