My empty light comes on just under half a tank and stays on.I keep putting fuel in over the desired level so the light goes out but today i decided to go by the level to see when it would run out.
The level was just above the red section not in it.
I removed the pump and sender from spare tank and knowing it worked 100% ie it goes to red section then the light comes on during the red section.
It still did the same thing.
Would the speedo be fault?
Why would the light come on so early (dial failure on the speedo although it does move?
