hello just got a moonstone v reg gti 6 it has a powerflow ss system that dosent fit properley and damage has happened where its welded to the cat as its been rediculously lowered and the exhaust hangs low as well my m8 whose a mechanic reckons to take the whole thing of and get a new system including the cat . does anyone recomend a good performance system that dosent have a deafining drone? or does the original exhaust system sound good on its own ?

Also are hoffmann exhaust parts ok and do they join ok with original? any help woud be great cheers

Looking back now on all the systems i have had... standard is the best.

The hard bit is finding a second hand cat, the copies are very poor. Standard exhaust i would buy from Peugeot pricey but decent.

Even the jetex- (which looks s**t) is pretty loud after a while.
