Yep, she will be started up early next month and then I will set about changing the cambelt and associated parts etc, get it MOT'd near to the end of the month and then tax it from April 1st. So April 1st is the official date it will be all legal.

7 minutes later and hes moved it forward 2 weeks!! Big grin

He will have the car moving mid march no doubt but leave the taxing until the 1st to have a full 6/12 months.

Edit. Christ - you know you've got issues when you stand up for stan let alone have confidence he will actually start the car.

I actually think he is getting it legal to advertise for sale.

    LOL @ you two!

Eliot - Dan is correct, I shall have the car insured for road use, moving and ready to go for an MOT mid March, then I will buy the tax (6 months) ready for the 1st April, so then it runs out end of September ready for the car being put away again. Yes

I did this last year with my 205, it had been great weather in March then once I taxed it in April it snowed for a week LOL

Not really the same is it Jamma, I think this car is just a rebound thing and when you realise you'll just collapse into a big crying mess on the floor and think how ian7675 was right.

Not the end of the world if a Diablo does come up and I change again selling this with the LPG. But then again it was a right bargain with now only 2 previous owners, myself being the 3rd!

Condition over colour every time for me - unless it's a blaze with a mustang interior in which case I'll pass and wait for something nicer...hang on I've just contradicted myself.

Looks like a nice car Jamma.
