Could you tell me more about the lpg conversion? Where was it done? how much? Also how much of a performance difference have you noticed? looks like a fecking clean install...
take a look at my LPG thread mate. Loads of info. I'd do the conversion again. I am able to claim on the conversion too. Likely to be built into the vehicle value yet to be confirmed once an engineer takes a look. Also got my number plate covered as its over £100 to put it on retention if i need to. Pm Will claim that too. Get 6 months car insurance rebate. 10 months tax rebate. Cambelt and Mot was due next month so that saved me a few hundred then. Might end up better off as said if I'm offered £2k for the car then buy it back for £200. I can them sort it out. Be quids in and as long as body isn't bent or anything hidden and damaged I'll keep it. My thoughts are on my Mrs atm. As time is going on her back and neck is getting worse. Will see how it goes in next few days.

Id be supprised if you get the lpg etc extra on top of the price of the car, and £2000 is just about what you paid for the lpg is it not? hope it works out for you but be prepared for a very low offer and no end of phone calls with them trying to prove its worth more! been there and insurance companies will just give you market value which as we know isnt much.

As said dont let it go anywhere, get them to come to you! if you let it go you will have to pay the cost of getting it delivered back home after they have looked at it, and yes they can get rid of it without your permission so be warned! once its officially written off the car is no longer yours, it belongs to the insurance company!

Hope you get it sorted Jamma, like Carl said, i'd brace yourself for a shock when the insurance company make you an offer, then be prepared to argue the toss until you get a better one.

Hope your lass is ok, can take a good few weeks to get over a good bump like that.

I can see the insurance companies p**sing you about left right and center, hopefully with the whiplash claim you could potentially get 2k.

So to sum the thread up we need to know how much to fix it by Carl Chambers, lets not get that confused, to ascertain how much you live for this 306. 2 winters and 2 repair bills.

Double post, are you sure you haven’t started? or are you drunk on happiness of the thought of no more Jamma picture threads?

If you are its making you naïve.
