hi im after a pair of doors that are immaculate, must be dent and ripple free and would be great in moonstone, but most important is they are smooth and free from any dents or ripples as i allready have 2 which have a few dents and ripples eg.
im going to have them painted anyway.
thanks andy

are these straight as you look down them in the light?
My doors are straight but ever so slightly rippled when looked at from a certain angle, which is why I want to replace them!
Thanks Andy

If the ripple is slight why not try a wet sand ? as long as lacquer is thick enough it may come out or even look better, my rallye doors looked rippled to fook when i bought the car and a bit after painting but after a wet sand they look good

Hey mate,..

If I were you I'd get them in moonstone if poss with maybe the odd bump trolley ding would be ok,.
As long as the paint surface isn't broken those paintless dent removal experts
Are amazing to say the least!
It would be cheaper for you to get them in the right colour
And have any minor dings taken out than have to go fetch a pair of perfect doors (bear in mind I bet they'd suffer some dings at the hands of the couriers!)
Than get 2 doors perfect in the wrong colour then spend £100's having them painted and blended to match?,..

Hope to see her back to former glory soon!
Wink
