any brake over heating problems,i suspose you can always make brake ducts

Nope, brakes have been fine and i'm very very late on the brakes at donington, granted the paints melted off the wheels but the brakes have been spot on.

dont they stick out the arches a bit as the offsets different?

Not enough to really be noticable, the ET for the 206 is ET25, the 306 from memory was ET18, plus they dont catch anywhere.
