"Read The F****** Manual" I believe...

By the way, I suspect it's actually your brake light switch, not the fuse, but worth checking anyways. Yes

No problem.

It can be a bit of a ballache job as unless you have ridiculously small hands it's a steering column drop job. Yes

Yep. He done a treat. Smile
He also checked my airbags on the cpu. I have a fault with pretensioner 2. Pug wouldn't say which seat it was. Any ideas as I have 2other known good pretensioners in my old seats.

Should have unplugged one at a time whilst it was on the diag to flag up which one was faulty.

I guess you could just put both your spare ones in, then you know you've sorted the issue. Wink

just whip the plastic casing off the side of the seat, think it's 3-4 torx bolts per side and it'll expose the pretensioner. then it's just a bolt i believe. easier with the seat out, not sure if it's as easy with the seat still in, cos you'll be working close to the tunnel

check the pretensioner hasn't fired, it'll be noticably tugged on the wire and about an inch shorter than usual. i bought some seats once like this, never noticed until a week later when i kept whacking my hand on the seat plugging the belt in!

Doh

I just read what I wrote. For some reason I was thinking about the seatbelt rather than the pre-tensioner unit. LOL

Yes, it is exactly like Rikky says, you should manage it ok mate.

I'll probably change both for 2 known working units. But I thought passenger seat too. Although I'd have expected just the drivers seat or both to have gone. Dunno
