what do i do becose the phase 2 beam has a load proprtion valve but i belive my phase 3 1.8 has abs and no valve do i remove it do i need to make new brake pipes ect or just pipe round it cheers ollie

i like the xs but yea it is tempting my xs it pretty mint not many mint gti about for reasonabble money

When I had my xs I loved it up until the point I was getting badly left behind by standard gti6's, even after spending 3+k on my xs, so that's when I bought my china gti6.
My advice is to take it out to a meet Smile

I see no reason why you cannot use the beam.

In order to change yours, you would not be splitting your brake system - just undoing it and moving the calipers and lines out the way. You don't need the load compensator on your system as you have Phase 3 ABS.
