Can anyone recommend which steering rack extensions they are using on wider track cars?

Looks like I'm at the limit of my rod ends and the wheels are still pointing out each side!

I've seen rack extensions on several sites but none of them state which thread they are though. So cm anyone confirm what thread the 306 ends are too please. I could do with getting some pretty quickly so would be handy to have the information.
