Bloody hell, that's a s**tload of money to run a site like this if that's the case, no wonder Ash won't let go.

This site is not a money-making organisation, and it was never set-up to be.

Well if those figures are accurate, I don't see how it can't make money. I used to work for a hosting company and sorted some deals for Ash when he was looking at changing the hosting, and I got it down to £600 a year. He never even replied to me about it (even though we'd been in conversation until then) so I assumed that was way more than the other hosts he was looking at.

Given the requirements he gave me at the time, there's no way you could spend £3k a year hosting this site, so if it really does have that many paying members, he's making a good lump of cash out of it, which isn't really okay.

Ah, suddenly it's all starting to make sense. Check this out:

Last July, Ash actually resigned from the company, and his mum is now the director. Maybe she's off learning PHP and soon we're all going to be blown away by her mad skills?

If anyone sees a new user called Judith, have a word.

Bloody hell, that's a s**tload of wasted talent you have. You should get a job on a roundabout where you count cars for traffic stats. Main perk being you can just drive on islands, get your chair and folding occasional table and count until you can't be arsed and just guess while browsing forums on your PDA

I can't believe you had the nerve to say that.
