Need some 5mm hubcentric spacers for the front of my 6 to clear the brembo's. Believe it or not the 17's I'm about to put on don't clear even though their the correct offset.

Is there such a thing? Why not just use normal spacers that'll cost you about a pound?

Have normal cheapy ones waiting to go on but they suck hoop and are impossible to get central as the centre bore is massive. Wanna be able to hack it through the twisties with some nice tight fitting ones. Demon tweaks do them and a few other sites or egay all for £40 ish. Was just seeing if anyone has some kicking about Wink.

Fair enough, can't argue with that logic. Must say I found mine a little annoying, have to get the knack of threading the wheel bolt through, hanging the spacer on then bolting it to the car.

Two is preferable it must be said.... If not I'll have to front up £40 for a set but the 6 is offroad atm for a coue of months so no hurry. 3mm would also do if anyone has them. (3mm will probably just be correct centre bore no huCool

Didnt think ya could get 5mm hubcentric as the thickness does not require them to be so.

If you use standard 5mm spacers who ever had my car before me used 4 little squares of masking tape to hold them on the hub and despite masking tapes weakness it held for the several time i had the wheels off.

Just get 10mm ones and get them ground down if you can't get 5mm ones!

You can go down to 12mm safely or 10mm at a push. Anything less won't go over the sticky outy bit that the wheels locate on.

By sticky outy bit you mean hub craig lol.

Managed to get me a set of these off eBay for £23 delivered. Their an Asian copy of the eibach ones. Their drilled the exact size of the 306 hub canter bore 65.1mm and go straight on with no fiddling. Very good product would recommend to anyone they got sent priority airmail and came within a few days!

What thickness did you end up going for?

5mm mate, took the 6 for a drive with the s**tty 5mm universal ones on and nothing rubbed etc so stuck with that. Got some slightly longer bolts as well as the tiny ones that came with the wheels didn't feel like they were fully in.
