my poorly car needs some TLC and both the front shocks need replacing, i've contacted GSF and europarts but their sites only show shocks up to 02/1997.

so i called them and they have asked for the original part number - does anyone have one of these?

also my rear arm bushes are worn...

is it worth replacing others while i have the the other work done?

i got a W reg - 2000

thanks

This. Their about £100 for both sides (always do both sides at the same time) and are a great comfort/handling compromise. Ive had them on my 306s for 2 years now and they still look new and no signs of leaking or wear what so ever.

I would. For the extra expense, you may as well try and renew as much as possible and as you'll be taking the old shocks of and swapping springs, it's less hassle to just buy new springs, fit them to the new shocks with some new top mount bearings, then swap it over in one
