We got a sandblaster now down at my dads garage done my inlet mani today and come up a treat Thumbs up

im willing to sandblast manifolds, cam covers, calipers etc for a small cost and can also prime and spray to a colour of choice if wanted (proper jo Cool

. We got polishing tools aswell so can polish metals aswell. Will post pics when im done with the mani. Any advise and thoughts welcome

Need to be very carefull blasting manifolds etc,cost me an engine rebuild taking a inlet to be blasted/powdercoated Angry

Copper wire brush should take the surface off ally quickly

Ball burnished finish ftw, would need some effort to protect the flanges and the vacuum take-off.

A burnished finish would just smooth off the rough finish would it not?
