Just gauging what interest there might be on my wheels and tyres.

Set of 4 cyclones, all with 195/50/15 Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 tyres, only a week old.

Absolutely love these tyres, they are superb. Only putting them up for possible sale as have just fitted a set of 16" Team Dynamic wheels to my '6 and these tyres obviously won't fit!

I will certainly be fitting a set of these tyres on my 16s once the current ones are worn.

I started a thread on here the day I got the tyres fitted (10th Sep) and also put up my review towards the end of the thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=150692

They were taken off on Sunday just gone (16th Sep) so they've actually seen just less than a week's use.

More than happy to keep these tyres and use them for track use, so just seeing what interest there is for them.

Sorry but I will not sell tyres and wheels separate.

Price: £325 collected for Cyclones and AD08 tyres.

You make a thread about buying the tyres, then sell the wheels within a week? Crazy

Like I said, have just bought some Team Dynamic wheels which I really like, but they are 16s so I can't use these tyres.

The wheels suddenly came up, I hadn't planned on getting them otherwise I wouldn't have purchased these tyres!

Might not sell, just gauging interest. If somebody wants them and they are sold, then I will be very tempted to use the money from these to buy a set of the same tyres for my new wheels, they are that good.

Wasn't Really moaning, it's just that I'll be in the market for tyres shortly , saw the op's first thread and thought I'd keep an eye on this to see what the review would be like. Then they go for sale a week later. That puts me off Buying this type.Dunno
    Anyway GLWTS

Well they are phenomenal tyres. Don't just take my word for it, read all the reviews from guys with Scooby's, Evo's, S2000's.

As I said, I put a set of lighter Team Dynamic wheels on my car, unfortunately they are 16s otherwise I would be taking the tyres off the Cyclones and putting them on.

Nothing to do with them being bad tyres whatsoever, I will be buying a set in 16" fitment very shortly, so don't be put off getting a set fitted if you need some soon, but each to their own.

    Cheers

Yeah but tbh i'm holding out of buying a set of awesome 15'' tyres as i know im moving to 16's very soon, which i class as about 3 months,
You shelled out on expensive tyres (UBER expensive)
for 1 week and a probable massive loss.
I think people are confused partly because A) You seemed please to get them
B ) you didnt realise that you were going to make a fundemental change 6 or 7 days down the line.

Im not trying to say anything here but people saying that making a comment such as some of the above, for example Tvrfan, are in anyway saying something unfair or out of order are a bit silly. Because everyones thought when you sell something a week later is going to be "Oh they must be s**t then"

I know where youre coming from though because sometimes arranging to change things to do with your car is a pain in the ass and a cheap deal is a deal, That being said, This is a very cheap deal so im sure they wont be around long Smile

I'm just making sure you get the confusion Smile

If someone wants to buy the wheels, I'd take the tyres. I run these on my sprint/hillblimb car and they are fantastic!

lol, they are not that expensive, they're half the price of a comparable sized Dunlop wet.
